In her own words;
"I am very passionate about suicide prevention, because in 2020 I lost 2 close friends that way.
One my ex partner who was a veteran suffering with unmanaged PTSD, the other one of my best mates. I like the slogan "it ain't weak to speak” that a lot of mens MH groups use and I totally stand by that."
- I am a Registered Nurse, specialising in MH counselling and works with Veterans with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety.
- A Nursing Officer in the Army Reserves.
- A Member of Mates4Mates Australia.
- Am one subject away from finishing my Masters in Mental Health Nursing.
- Am an advocate for women wanting to improve their health and fitness, get strong and adopt a positive mindset for body image.
- I Love board sports (snowboarding, surfing, wake boarding) and travelling the world.
- Playing piano and singing is a hobby that relaxes me.
- I love Getting outdoors in nature hiking and finding beautiful waterfalls and mountains
- I Own a Great Dane “Zeus” and Cat “Gaia”, both were foster fails through Small Paws Animal Rescue Queensland!

2nd place - South East QLD strength series (Qualified for nationals at my first comp!)
3rd place - GC strongest man & woman
5th place - ASA nationals at Royal Pines resort
4th place - QLD strongest man and woman
1st place - Cairns pride of the north (Qualified for Arnold Classic Australia 2018)
1st place - Brisbane's strongest man and woman
2018:
4th - Arnold classic, Melbourne
1st - ASA nationals at Mount Gravatt Showgrounds (Qualified for USA)
2nd - QLD strongest woman - qualified for Arnolds 2019
3rd - USS Womens world pro - Memphis Tennessee, USA
2019:
7th - Arnold classic, Melbourne
2nd - Arnold classic, Johannesburg South Africa
1st - ASA nationals at Mount Gravatt Showgrounds (Qualified for Worlds / OSG)
1st - QLD state titles
11th - Official Strongman Games Nov 1-3rd
2020:
1st - ASA nationals at Valhalla Strength Brisbane (Qualified for Worlds / OSG)
The rest of this year was a blow out with covid :(
Was invited to the Arnold both in Aus & South Africa, ASMAW, and OSG but couldn’t travel
2021:
1st - Tropic Thunder, Darwin (Qualified for FitFest 2022)
