Valhalla Strength - South Brisbane is the southsides premier strength training facility, incorporating an extensive range of powerlifting, strongman and weightlifting equipment in a gym with a true community atmosphere. We believe in using our influence and reach to promote causes and groups with shared values and goals, and are proud to support Strength 4 Strength. Unfortunately mental health has been largely ignored and stigmatised in the fitness industry for too long, and we are proud to contribute to helping bring awareness and raise funds for a vital issue that impacts everybody.
